The Evolution Protocol defines neutral record structures for representing accountable evolutions.

It specifies entities, relationships, evolutions, and envelopes in a time-parametric, interpretation-agnostic form.

The protocol represents what happened structurally, without asserting why it happened or whether it was justified.
