Claims
Structural Assurability is claim-relative.
A claim is represented formally as a predicate over possible worlds. The same system may therefore have different Structural Assurability profiles for different claims.
This prevents architectural features from being treated as universally useful for assurance. Evidence that matters for one claim may contribute nothing to another.
The theory also distinguishes claim truth from claim resolvability. A claim may have a definite truth value in the modeled world even when the evaluator cannot resolve that value from the obtainable observations.
