Structural Assurability
Structural Assurability represents the claim-relative evidentiary capabilities available for evaluating a system under specified evaluator and resource conditions.
It is a profile, not a universal scalar score.
Two systems may expose different raw evidence while enabling the same claim-material evidentiary capabilities. They may therefore be equivalent for one assurance context.
Conversely, systems with similar functional behavior may support different assurance-relevant distinctions and therefore have different Structural Assurability profiles.
The relation is intentionally contextual rather than a universal ranking of architectures.
